Amid all the noise and confusion, I try to savor happiness every day. The beauty of nature, a fun book, my dogs and loved ones. Good food and coffee too. The hate-filled, authoritarians-in-waiting in places of power will not take away my joy or scare me into despair. We can still celebrate joy, while working hard to push back the evil encroaching on our country and world. Love can win if we all fight for it. I am hopeful. ...and now they are able to investigate. They can ask questions and get inside the heads of the staffers who work close to Joe. They can draw out information about unrelated things. In a commendable and entrenched commitment to fairness, the press concerns itself with balance, same for both sides. It has been that way for years.
