For those who missed it, Nina and I had a fascinating discussion about the physical transformation of the women — and some men — who surround Trump. Nina talked about the importance of being “TV-ready” — like a “reality show cast member” — because that is what Trump values. So, these women have transformed themselves into caricatures.
