I don’t believe there will ever be a Donald Trump presidential library, but if there is, above the doors, let these immortal words be chiseled in granite and glazed with gold leaf: “I don’t want anybody looking through my boxes. I really don’t.”
It wasn’t the ending I was expecting, but I’ll take it.
Here is a photo of Jared and Ivanka, shared by the couple from the nuptials of Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah and Princess Rajwa al Hussein in Jordan:
Personally, I’ll never look at the small plastic people atop wedding cakes as strangers ever again, but the real question is: which Trump woman — Melania or Ivanka — was most likely to be in direct contact with the valet as they moved the boxes to and fro?
Incredibly, Trump was unable to bring his boxes on his airplane because there wasn’t enough room for both the luggage and the boxes. It was either the state secrets or the outfits, and so…
Anyway, Donald Trump refused to give back the nation’s most sensitive secrets so that he could keep them close, and regale Mar-a-Lago members, guests, reporters and donors with life and death American intelligence.
Of course, his son-in-law — the son of a felon, who was locked up by US Attorney Chris Christie — received $2 billion from the same Saudi pot of money controlled by the murdering Crown Prince MBS that was just used to buy the PGA tour. Interestingly, Jared Kushner was originally deemed unfit for a security clearance, but once he had one, was a voracious consumer of the nation’s intelligence products. In fact, it was said that no one in the White House asked for more classified briefings than Jared. Just saying.
Watch the looks on the faces and the body language of a Republican audience processing some straight talk and reality from Chris Christie in New Hampshire. They are not repudiating or rejecting what they are hearing. They are taking it in.
Exactly.
Wherever this Chris Christie has been for the last eight years, his re-emergence as a truth-telling ass kicker who isn’t afraid of other politicians is an interesting development in a party wholly defined by its intellectual and moral cowardice. Christie is the only GOP candidate who is not abjectly terrified of Trump and his mob. Every other candidate is terrified — and it shows.
Will the voters listen, or will a man with no regard for our safety, sovereignty, and freedom be given the power to destroy the American republic? Should the republic die, it will be from the neglect of citizens who didn’t care about their own freedom, and more disturbingly, that of their children. The cause of death will be apathy and an absence of love and gratitude.
All around the world there are Americans who are in harm’s way working to protect the United States. They are involved in dangerous and deadly work. It is their lives that Donald Trump was risking so cavalierly. It was also the pilots who would be called on to fly into Iranian or Chinese airspace. It was the submariners who provide the nuclear deterrent. It was the CIA officer in the back alley in a foreign land far from home. Trump betrayed every one of them.
Trump will have his days in court, and like every criminal defendant in the United States, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Yet, the indictment alone is enough as a matter of fact for the entire country to reach a verdict about Trump’s abject disregard, recklessness, and unfitness. More importantly, it provides a last and final opportunity for Republican officials who have been elected and sworn oaths to the US constitution to put the nation first for once, at long last. Why won’t any of them simply say enough already? Again, the diagnosis is plastered on each of their yellowed foreheads: cowardice. Trump is bigger than America to them. They are his stooges, and stooges cannot be patriots. They are the greatest collective disgrace in America’s political history, not counting the Confederacy. Shameful doesn’t begin to describe it.
Here are some of America’s most addled politicians calling for bloodshed and death over Trump’s arrest:
How about you? Ready to take up arms for the Trump clan? Ready to kill for Jared, Ivanka, Melania and the gang? No? Me either.
No one would ever tell Donald “no.” He did as he pleased for 76 long years. He lied, he stole, he abused and he betrayed. Finally, at long last, he did himself in — all for his boxes.

All those Boxes of classified documents stacked in the fancy bathroom at Mar-a-lago are clear evidence that Trump, Melania, Jared and Ivanka took a big dump on the United States of America.
This whole chapter is beyond appalling, beyond reprehensible, so far beyond any pre-existing construct, paradigm or historic reference either in history or our mind's eye. This entropic plot with unidimensional outlandish characters would not be penned by novice, by Chat GPT, by a feral fleabag singing for some tuna- it is flimsy, improbable, inconceivable....
...and yeti, here we are.
This space and others have nailed it to the wall with the characterization of the minions, these ridiculous bootlicking toadies contorting themselves into grotesque fawning positions that are the measure of the moment.
Contemptible, vile, and abhorrent, how these creatures bat Trumpism around like a beach ball in a crowded stadium, only It's full of C4 and they chortle as the waft their madness over the fabric of this country.
