After Donald Trump’s disastrous appearance at the National Association of Black Journalists annual convention, the country might finally be starting to realize the type of person Trump is.
Trump’s insults come straight from elementary school playgrounds. Trump not only has a third grader vocabulary but also the same emotional/mental acuity.

That’s why his daily presidential briefings were limited to 2 pages ( normally 50)and each paragraph had to contain his name to keep his attention on the page.
Trump’s lack of intelligence should also be a focus of the Democrats campaign.

Since Trump descended on that infamous escalator I have been anticipating the implosion of his horrible political career. On several occasions I thought the movement he headed and gave voice to was about to collapse. There were the immediate lies about inaugural crowd size, the failure to "make Mexico pay for a border wall," the never fulfilled promise of infrastructure improvement, the failure to produce the promised health care insurance that would be cheaper and better than the ACA, the attempt to extort President Zelensky into digging up dirt on Biden and the ensuing impeachment, the mishandling of the COVID crisis, his praise of Putin and other dictators, his instigation of insurrection and illegal plots to stay in office based on lying about the election outcome, his non-stop denigration of minorities and desperate immigrants etc.
But, it seems more and more Americans are finally waking up to the monster Trump is and what he plans to do with our country. I credit this to the inspiring campaign of Kamala Harris, Trump's choice of Vance, and his increasingly obvious mental decline evidenced by his inability to hide his dark and ugly nature.
After listening to your comments, the movie Pet Cemetery comes to mind to describe the "new Trump". It's hard to believe someone can become more despicable after a near death experience. You would think he would reflect and improve his outlook on life. Instead he has been more racist. He is a person with no empathy or insight. His first instinct is attack instead of listen and respond to a difficult but need to be answered question. He is beyond redemption and should never be in a position of power ever again.
Today with the hard ongoing work of President Biden's staff, President Biden was able to secure the release of 16 unlawfully held people in Russia, including 4 Americans. I praise the President for his diplomacy and Allie building prowess. His response to Trump regarding giving concessions for the prisoners swap, was brilliant and spot on. His response was, "why didn't he do it during his presidency". Thank you President Biden for continuing to work for the American people even after stepping down from the 24 presidential race. God bless to you and all who left unjustly in prisons around the world.
I make this comment prior to seeing this video post. It’s my belief that due to the events beginning with the stepping down of President Biden and his endorsement of Vice President Harris, and all that has happened since, this election has suddenly been made about Trump.

It is that the USA is a mosaic of all the peoples around the world. That we can hear practically every human language extant in the world today (and some "dead" ones, like Latin, Sanskrit, and Old Slavonic) in the USA. That a glance at Team USA in the boat going down the Seine River reveals our unique diversity. That this diversity makes us an athletic, intellectual, and artistic powerhouse.
I don't know that Trump's attacks backfired since he got what he was seeking-he is back in the spotlight. That 's all he ever wants. He doesn't care if it makes him look good or bad, he just wants to be the center of attention.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the orange menace in a manner that did not exaggerate his deficiencies nor his abject racism. It was blunt and to the point. The video needs to be shared widely in and out of the US, because should he win in November, the Western world will be grieving along with most of you in support of the imminent loss of your democracy and rule of law.
