This week, the former The National Enquirer publisher David Pecker testified in Trump's criminal trial. He said that he fabricated stories, including one about Ted Cruz's family, that Trump used on the campaign trail. In today’s commentary, I explain that the media lying at the behest of Trump is old news. I know because I was at the center of a smear campaign to ruin my credibility by linking me to the former president:
