A clip of Roseanne Barr on Theo Von’s “This Past Weekend” podcast denying the deaths of six million murdered Jewish children, women and men has gone viral. According to Von, as well as her son, the comments — in which she calls for the murder of six million more Jews — were taken out of context. Regardless, that sentiment is becoming more and more prevalent.
Nazis gathered in front of a synagogue in Georgia to menace Jews at worship with humanity’s most recognizable symbol of evil.
This cancer is spreading.
Vladimir Putin addressed the Russian people after a weekend of mayhem caused by the short-lived Wagner revolution. Putin looked weak, decrepit, and like he’s living on borrowed time. His aura of invincibility, toughness, ruthlessness, strength and power is gone, and it is gone forever. All the military parades in the world won’t bring it back. He has been undone by events, and now he will enter the final descending curve of a tyrant’s life cycle. He has begun the beginning of the end. It always ends the same way.
The Führer of the thousand-year Reich died in a dank Berlin bunker with a gunshot to his head, after he poisoned his wife and dog. His body was covered by Russian forces, and the cremation finished in the 1980s. He was flushed down a Moscow sewer.
Mussolini was hung upside down with his mistress. Partisans beat the bodies with sticks and desecrated them.

The same thing happened to Muammar Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein. It always does. The tyrant always crumbles, and so will Trump.
The end will be sudden, but the deflation anti-climactic. There is no other possibility for men like Putin and Trump. Donald Trump saw the parades, power and murder and was intoxicated. His problem was his ignorance. He doesn’t know enough to know how it ends. Usually, it’s in a flash.
The decay, rot and sickness in America’s culture, media, politics and society is well- established. Only a sick society would elect a man like Trump, or even consider him for leadership. Yet, as advanced and as severe as the disease may be, it is not a majority affliction. The American majority has become imprisoned and sickened by it, but they do not support it. It is also the case that the majority lacks the discipline, unity, grit, and patriotism to end the crisis by defenestrating the threat.
The result is dangerous. The MAGA extremist movement, plus indifference and apathy, constituted a majority coalition strong enough to take power for a time. It may be able to take power for a final time, and the chaos it could cause would be horrific. Yet, in time, it ends — always in the same way. There is always a metaphorical dank basement at the end for the tyrant. Always. The Italians just proved this by unveiling the square and the slot where Julius Caesar met his end.
Trump is spiraling and decomposing. At the same time, he is rising in the polls against a field of fellow sociopaths, opportunists, cynics, extremists, cowards and Chris Christie. Yet, what goes up must come down.
What Trump never cared to learn about is the end days — the days where the power fades and poof! Gone in an instant. Trump, like all of his predecessors, will finish the story alone and broken. It will all fall down quickly at the end, and make no mistake it is beginning. Remember where the road leads, and in the meantime, fight for America against its domestic enemies, who seek to burn down its freedom, prosperity and domestic tranquility.
There are Nazis in Georgia. Where are the Americans?
The dictators' end
“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it - always.”
----MAHATMA GANDHI
Many of us are struggling to understand who MAGA is, their pain, how they got in this position, their fears and their hopes, and how we align them with our own needs and fears as Americans so we can live together and make this a more perfect union. On the news and on social media, I see a clear denominator of MAGA being referred to as “the other” – a group of Americans that is so vile, so hostile, so horrible, that it’s not even worth our time to speak to them or understand them.
With the recent arraignments and legal indictments against Donald Trump, and the arrests of his most ardent supporters from the January 6th insurrection, now seems to be the best time to extend an olive branch or two, or 200, to his MAGA supporters, and get to know who they are and how we can shorten the divide between American citizens. And if the politicians won’t do it for us, now is the time for us, every one of us, to do it ourselves.
My husband and I recently had to walk to Synagogue on the declared "Day of Hate" by white nationalist groups and kept our children home as a precaution. I turned to my husband and said what is next week "Day of Death." We drop our kids off at school past police and armed security guards. We go to synagogue weekly past a swat team to protect us. This is being Jewish in America and has been since Donald Trump became President.
You ask where are we? We are here doing our best to survive like you. We have one big thing in common with MAGA, we too live and are called the "other" but for us it has been 2000 years of hate and blame for the world ills. MAGA has been lied to and manipulated and grifted upon their entire lives so please do not blame them, blame the lies coming from FOX and their Politicians.
I am but one small voice. You have a mega phone Steve and can turn the tide on this subject. Happy to discuss anytime and help however I can.
