Did you watch Kevin McCarthy’s farewell news conference? Here’s the gist of it. Kevin McCarthy didn’t make concessions, and he put the country first. He can’t be understood. No one can understand how it happened. It was incredible, improbable and spectacular, apparently. Kevin shared the courageous details of his rise:
“Kevin McCarthy is a vandal who has come to know the inside of the tiger he tried to ride. He is cynical, corrupt and lighter than helium. His vapidity is only exceeded by his neediness and thinly veiled narcissism. Now, he is finished.”
I did not listen to his remarks. Your commentary was enough, lest my stomach became inconsolably upset. I got the just of it. Kind of like Hitler claiming that the German people did not deserve him... oh well

I have faced and persuaded many jurors and citizens in the Bakersfield courthouse as a trial lawyer over the last 37 years. I race a car at the local dragstrip just to the north of town. I regularly eat at the local steakhouses. And although only about 100 miles to the north of Los Angeles, Bakersfield reminds me of a midwestern farming community. The people and the environment are rugged as hell.
The fact that this manchild with blow-dried hair who never wears a t-shirt and I doubt owns a pick-up truck gets consistently re-elected testifies to the insidious nature of Trumpism and how the average Bakersfield resident has been bamboozled into voting for literally any fool who merely needs to tout their fealty to the mango Mussolini in order to obtain high office.
Yes he is a liar that talks out of both sides of his mouth. A despicable man for certain.

2) The "𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐲" employees. those that never took responsibility for their actions and would waste your time defending and/or denying that they did what you are calling them out on.
I learned that these two types of employees are not going to improve through some "performance enhancement program" and I would move them out as quickly as I could.
