I no longer have my uterus, but I’ve got a daughter, a vote, and a voice and this bullshit must stop!

Steve Schmidt (from transcript): "...everyone in the country who loves Liberty, who loves Freedom, we must say no; we must say stop; we must say enough; we must say back off to these people in a loud enough and decisive enough manner that they simply stop because they will know that attempting to restrict freedoms like this is political death, that the American people, regardless of party, regardless of State, regardless of race Creed or ethnicity, will not tolerate government

encroachment into the personal space of their bedrooms, their doctor's offices, and their confessional booths."

Hey, Trump/MAGA: BACK OFF! STOP! ENOUGH! NO! HEAR US SPEAK. WATCH US VOTE BLUE!

I am still rather perplexed how a law prior to statehood can become a state law. It would seem a law of the territory that would be null and void once statehood happened in the next century.

Regardless, it does show the willingness of zealots to use any means to achieve their ends. Arizonans, as a start, send Kari Lake packing this November. Thank you in advance.

. . and now Thomas and Alito have alluded to an old "law" the Comstock Act to try to prevent the mailing of the abortion pill through the mail. Comstock hasn't been enforced for 75 + years. We are in crazy times that want to put women back in the home, barefoot, pregnant with unwanted pregnancies, and sweating over a stove and doing the laundry by hand in the back yard.

The 1864 law being upheld by the Supremely Stupid Court of Arizona is exactly what Trump means by let the States decide. Make America great again means turning back the clocks and enforcing laws from before the Civil war.

I can't believe I live in a country where this could happen so easily. My heart has been broken since Alito's paper was "leaked" with medieval references justifying his opinion. Their subtle reference to the Comstock Act is yet another remote "law" to block Mifepristone by mail. I'm sure that was one of the laws you were referencing. Your commentary was right on and invaluable in this fight. : )

It has never made much sense that a small group of elitist former lawyers would be allowed to act as the ultimate arbiters re an issue as personal as abortion.

Enough indeed. John Bolton's comment today that the crisis is "not existential" shows us how tone deaf Trump's willing and behind the scenes supporters truly are.

The ruling in Arizona yesterday is existential to the lives of girls and women in Arizona. And, if Trump and these so called Christian's are reelected, all rights for women and girls are in peril for generations to come.

Voters must not fail to recognize, like Putin and Ergodan, they will never stop until all human rights are null and void, and their actual and perceived enemies are eradicated.

At my age, I can no longer have children, but dammit, I'm pissed at what is happening in this country. The Arizona thing is the last straw. Women, get mad, get angry and get your asses out there to vote blue! Please, your daughters, granddaughters, nieces and women friends are having their rights stripped until there is nothing left. The forced birth idiots won't stop here - contraception is next! If you're not mad, you're not paying attention!

Send Scary Flake to a lake of fire this fall. Her flip flopper statements should be enough for voters to realize she will never tell the truth.

Send her to the dumpster, anyway.

I will be sharing this video everywhere I can. It cuts straight to a point I have been anguishing about for a long time. Who the hell do they think they are? And why do people let them get away with this bullshit?

I live in AZ. There is a video of the zealot freaks praying in tongues on the state house floor. What the actual fuck. We, as a nation, had better snap out of it before our entire lives become one over-arching zombie law, thanks to the fascists and the zealots and Donald F. Trump. I’m enraged.

Observe but don't respond. Those who pray in tongues prey in sudden response like a rattlesnake, like one they shake in their hands, stomping in religious fever. You know, faith on steroids . Voodoo for Jesus.

And why did the Republicans think this would be a win for them ?? RePubs are stick in the mud’s.

And here is the latest from Arizona:

Arizona Republicans on Wednesday blocked efforts to move forward on a bill to repeal a near-total abortion ban in the state that dates to 1864, which the Arizona Supreme Court ruled this week is enforceable.

Religion taken to an extreme? Forcing young girls to marry men chosen by their leader.

Not really an extreme. The leader of a LDS branch, Jeffries, has married off young girls to men over age of 50+. After he molested boys and girls. He sits in prison issuing orders to his, “flock.”

Coming to a church near you? Maybe the leaders will just stick to boys like certain ones in black robes. It removes a need for abortions.

Yes, this posting is extremely RUDE & OFFENSIVE. But, unfortunately true.
