It is true, golf is an honorable game played by imperfect individuals. That said, you hit the nail on the head with your comparison regarding the LIV Golf Tour and their sponsors. You could not pay me enough to promote their events. I think the players who defected and went over to the dark side for 30 pieces of silver have destroyed their legacy. Not only is Donald Trump a heartless, corrupt, and opportunistic monster, but the state of New Jersey that by permitting this tax break is complicit in his monstrosity!
As for his three oldest children, well, what can I say? Chips off the old block? Just for the love of God spare me their crocodile tears and professions of love for their mother. Ivana deserved better!
I simply want to comment that Steve Schmidt's insights are astounding always, to me. His mind his a joy to follow, and I get to do so every day. But also, his use of the English language is also astounding - all in all, a joy to read. The money poured into LIV by the Saudi Fund (forget exact name) could sure be used for better purposes for the people of Sadi Arabia. Sad.
