Nothing , is off the table with these repugnant republicans- standing up to start a fist fight during a senate hearing is outrageous! This kind of behavior , would have never happened years ago! Along with - tuberville behavior , along with trumps behavior - it’s all Royally FCKED up ! It’s chaos , it’s dictatorship, it’s disarray. 24/7 with this brand of republicans ! The more putrid the atmosphere for them - the more they wallow in it !

Be careful please , who you vote for

Well said! These useless people who Gane NO Interest in governing or even paying attention to our country, and the tire needs that need attention, absolutely must be thrown out. Voting them out takes too much time and not enough. People are paying intelligent attention to do that right. They should be thrown out for their disgraceful and juvenile, and frankly stupid behavior, all of which is a Betraying their oath of office! Doesn’t Joseph office mean anything anymore? We are sick of us and sick of them. We want our Country back! With intelligent senators, who have integrity and a vital interest in the proper governing of a great country.

Texas Tribune reported on the highway thuggery aimed at Kamala Harris by Trump thugs, spelling out and threatening the January 6 outrage, full blast. The dictator wannabe tells you beforehand. Hear him. Trump cannot keep his own secret. His mouth goes off like a duck’s behind waggles. Trump is transparent. And psychotic, STOP.

It starts with politicians physically fighting in Congress or a parliament, in a civilized country, and it ends in those countries becoming a banana republic or an authoritarian kakistocracy, similar to Hungry or Belarus.

We’ve seen this movie before in places like Eastern Europe and Central Asia. And it never ends well. Democracy erodes due to apathy and shear hate, and is always replaced with something far worse; think Stephen Miller in charge of US Immigration policy, and the Mango Mafia in charge of the US economy and purse strings.

Vote Blue like our lives depend on it; because it does!...:)

The Senator from Oklahoma proved the old saying. The loudest man in the room is the weakest man in the room. His male ego is so fragile that he has to provoke violence in a situation that calls for debate. I guess when a political party has no policies to improve society, they elect representatives to disrupt and tear down society. It takes more than brawn and bombastic rhetoric to be a strong leader. It takes a person with sound judgment and the intelligence to know when to shut up and sit down. The Senator has neither intelligence or sound judgment.

But you know what Patrick, he made the national news cycle, I read a lot of political commentary and I have never heard of him before yesterday, granted I’m not in Oklahoma, but as juvenile as his act was, he elevated our awareness of him. The repugnantkins are never offering ideas for the good of the country to the public, and since they are devoid of ideas, all they have left is empty posturing, it’s really quite pathetic, don’t you think?

This, plus ‘vermin’, plus direct mass texting fundraiser messages like ‘This is God’s will’ from supposedly ‘Congressman Mike Jones’ which I now get daily (and have no idea why), plus the highway ‘Arming America’ billboard ads from gun manufacturers on I-75 in South Georgia, alongside the same road where Confederate flags fly high next to recruiting ads for ‘patriot’ ex-military to join the cause... is all setting off all kinds of alarms for me. What I don’t understand is why aren’t we doing anything to STOP it? To stop him, the greatest and most cowardly thug of all?

Goons in the swamp will always challenge your peace of mind. Strength is in adapting every time. Russians are being helped by Iran and China with flocks of drones and deadly explosives at the frontline. They first initiate the firefight and when it begins they release a huge number of drones over the Ukrainian fighters to drop explosives. Russians are now being propped up by their allies while Mike Johnson dithers in congress to continue supporting Ukraine. Ukrainians’ blood is on his hand and soon it can come to us unless this foolishness is stopped.

Until the Republican Party abandons this agenda of [trying to] destroy our government, infusing doubt into our free & fair elections, demolishing the rule of law through TFFG, and comes back to admitting that the problem with government is not the size of it but who we elect to go to Washington DC to do the people’s business— nothing good can happen.

Our government has a responsibility to govern in a way that does not discriminate and gives all citizens [even the immigrants who are transitioning] a chance at a good (secular) public education, and the right to clean air, clean water, and a safe place to live.

If this infantile behavior going on in today’s GOP, which has been hi-jacked by MAGATS & RWNJS, is not stopped we will stay in limbo as to whether we can maintain a government that works for all Americans or devolve into a theocratic-authoritarian-despotic non-functioning dictatorship.

First, we need to vote out all of these Congress critters who refused to certify a free & fair election in 2020. They are the real vermin in this scenario.

If I were the leaders of Russia, China, Iran and North Korea, I would just sit back and wait to see if the US voluntarily joins the axis of evil on election day.

We very nearly scream the word VOTE so that people will do their public duty and express their love and caring for their country. Trouble is that in so many cases they did and look what we got. The disrespect bordering on disgust for Congress is because this more or less objectionable assortment of politicians were put there by the VOTE. People actually elected this idiot , Mullin, from Oklahoma, more of a State of bloodshot madness than the benign, charming State celebrated by Rogers & Hammerstein all those years ago. Yes, this is oft times adulterated by such manipulations as gerrymandering or other means of choosing your own voters but it is the system and this is what you get until you change it. That will be either by electing Trump, in which case the Vote will go into a museum as a quaint relic of the past OR you will elect enough Democrats, not squeaky clean themselves but lightyears better, emphasis on light. For the most part they will clean a whole bunch of stuff up that has eaten away at the dignity, once expected in Congress, but lost at the hands of the Gaetzes, McCarthys and so many others you’ve come to know. Get together and get it together. Give the Dems a majority they can work with to get America back on track and start building respect again.

Perfect, Bob Fleck..now as for the VOTE. The r’s have been “Playing with this and continue to be able to suppress. But how do we open up establishing easier accessibility to Vote. All the work Democrats have done gets “shot down” by randomly making a new Law or the State refuses to change the Map that the Court rule (law?) Orders... and get away w/it. How do you fix the fact that the r’s just keep voting NO to anything the Democrats propose? How is it that tfg is a private citizen, yet is able to control this Right Wing? As far as my opinion, tfg needs to be jailed. His rhetoric (hate/ continuous lies and misinformation) is unconstitutional and must be stopped. He breaks laws 24/7) is this obstruction?
