I also noted that Senator John Fetterman spent the weekend trashing the Democratic Senate nominee for Maine.

As with everything else these days, it is quite rich to hear this from a clown who has criticized all of us for being critical of Donald Trump.

Gordon Berry's avatar

His opinions should be ignored - like Trump, he also needs more honest doctors

John, the trashing of Platner by Maggats brings hypocrisy to a new level.

MAGGATS apply a double standard. Their evil political favorites are forgiven

no matter how grave the transgression, but a Democrat is reviled

because he farted in church.

They overlook Trump being held liable for sexual assault in the E.

Jean Caroll case; they ignore the Hollywood tapes and his bragging

about getting away with grabbing pussy because he's a star. They make

no mention of Hegseth's many Christian Nationalist (American fascist)

tattoos or the fact that the pastor at his church wants to end the

right of women to vote. Kimmel is condemned for doing a blackface

routine (around 2000), for which he has apologized and expressed

regret, but it is ok for Trump to praise and associate with white

supremacists like Nick Fuentes or the 1/6 insurrectionists. They have

no problem with ending USAID and causing millions of African children

to die. But if a Democrat sexted he is disqualified for office. What

about Trump's divorces and marital infidelities, his association with

best friend Epstein etc?

The double standard never ceases to amaze me.

Fetterman should never have been allowed to take office. He must have suffered brain damage with that stroke a couple of years ago.

mary M keymer's avatar

Yes and not only that ,Pennsylvania democrats supported this bum when he had a stroke. He is despicable. And also so disrepectful of the body itself with the stupid clothing he wears. Shades of Krysten Sinema .. I could slam both there heads.

Trump's 7th bankruptcy.

Shary Essig's avatar

Yet in this bankrupt the American people will be forced to pick up the pieces of his folly.

Trump will arrive at the G7 a spent and hollow mess. World leaders will ask him what he has accomplished with Iran behind closed doors. He will be humiliated and rightly so.

Karen Schmidt's avatar

Wow. The gravity, truth, and power of this piece couldn’t be more cogent. Thank you as always.

President Obama had a much better deal that didn't cost the $$ that this unwarranted war Trump started, did.

Obama didn't kill innocent children in a school as Trump and this administration are responsible for. There is no celebration, but disgust.

It is the Trump method of running a regime to brag bigly so am sure he will add another war to his winnings?

James McConnel's avatar

Back to circuses; Regime Leader Trump has never promised the bread part. Is this a good time to suggest cutting the Department of War budget as clearly the cost of effective munitions and robot combatants is much less expensive than battleships, expensive tanks, etc., Sure, we need expensive, mobile or hardened radars, anti ballistic missiles, subs, but much of the other stuff seems susceptible to cheap drones. We could even replace Trump with an AI black ball or weegie board for all the mental prowess he has displayed. Good picture of Herr Trump behind the heavy wire cage mesh. Looked like his natural home. The cage title: Politicus Paedophilus Scelerarus - Criminal Pedophile Politician.

Wow, billions spent on Trump’s war with Iran and we lost!!! Impeach this worst POtuS in American history!!!

Cathy Soete's avatar

And a sad, unmentioned result of his war is the millions of additional dollars spent by Americans on gas because Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz. It wasn’t closed before Trump started the war, but his announcement of “peace” proclaims the Strait is open as though that were the original goal. Accomplices cynically repeat his lies. Followers naively believe them.

Gordon Berry's avatar

Thanks Steve:

I have a drone! and almost anyone else can have one too.

But Trump wants a big battleship, bigger airplanes to bomb bomb bomb

He learns nothing from his failed war - just kill kill kill

Anthony j. Santo's avatar

Trump is a total failure. He has achieved none of his economic goals, defiled Washington DC. installed the most corrupt and incompetent Cabinet in history, turned the DOJ into his personal tool of "retribution," denied people due process, and now he has wasted billions on a war he lost to Iran, after having ripped up an agreement achieved during the Obama administration through careful diplomacy by Secretary of State, John Kerry.

The question is, when will the MAGATS in Congress acknowledge these facts and take action to remove Trump from a job he is totally incapable of handling? If they do not do this, and that is most likely, will the American people elect a House and Senate that will take action?

Elizabeth George's avatar

You forgot to add the corruption of the US Supreme Court.

Mary Roeser's avatar

The MAGAT gutless eunuchs in Congress are welded to Agolf Shitler's ass with unbreakable bonds. That's why they won't act. The emasculated and eviscerated themselves and removed their own spines 10 years ago.

I sure as shit hope so🙏🏼🤞🏼

Seems that Trump wanted a claim to victory as balm for his birthday. The news media predictably obliged. Now that the supposed peace deal gets scrutinized the light of day, the problems and contradictions are no different from his other 35+ peace announcements.

The only lesson learned by those who actually read and listen, is something we already have known; that POTUS surrounds himself with "yes men" and if anyone has the temerity to oppose an idea with facts, that person and advice is disregarded. DonnieFelon determines the outcome of his action and then proceeds to put it into practice. And he/we are losers!

Jane Carlin's avatar

Have the people forgotten that, prior to this invasion, there were credible accusations from now adult women that D"F"T sexually assaulted them when they were 13? What is the next distraction going to be?

johanna hays's avatar

The planet has 3 bloated, power obsessed, immoral murders on rampage. Trump, Netanyahu, and Putin. USA is in the top 3 of the tyrant races. Is everyone happy now?

Congress where the hell are you?

Tracy Huebner's avatar

If trump is so keen on "ratings" how can he ignore the polling numbers? Or is he going completely insane behind the scenes? Telling staff to fix it. In other words, lie.

Wendy Shelley's avatar

And how long will it be for we taxpayers to foot the bill for this “agreement to start thinking about an agreement“? It’ll be beyond my lifetime. It’s going to get harder before there’s any let up to this farce.
