The political temperature will rise in America over the next 90 days as the heat index soars. The cost of MAGA will start coming due, and it will be brutal.

The next 15 days will see a ludicrous exploitation of the US military for Trump’s birthday parade, an un-American spectacle of depravity, which will desecrate the 250th anniversary of the US Army. The world will witness a day of shame, and fully understand that America has grown hollow, weak and corrupt.

Nineteen days after Trump’s ego is bathed the United States will celebrate the 249th anniversary of its independence with a fascist president living in the White House. Trump has declared himself king and “on a mission from God.” He has repudiated the cause of the American Revolution and the obligations of his constitutional oath.

The American economy has been wrecked in ways that will become undeniable over the next 100 days. The first flames from Trump’s economic arson will begin to singe American families this summer. The fire will build and worsen.

This summer will show the world the sinister state of the MAGA police state conjured into being by the sinister thugs who surround Trump like Stephen Miller, Corey Lewandowski, Tom Homan, Kristi Noem, and all the other Little Eichmanns who have slipped their chains and are becoming more dangerous by the day.

Trump will grow more erratic as the laughter at his weakness and incompetence rises to full pitch.

The latest Russian taunt certainly hit the nail on the head:

They know their man.

TACO.

It is a cutting and brutal nickname.

The man who wishes to be king has been branded as a Mexican street food — common, cheap and sloppy.

He does.

Trump is America’s great blinker, our greatest caver.

He has combined the qualities of petulance, pettiness, stupidity and waffling into a philosophy of appeasement that has finally defined the practical meaning of America First.

Apparently, Surrender First was the key omission, which has become perfectly clear after 130 days of American bluster, humiliation and kowtowing to every nation in the world. Trump has repeatedly threatened and then backed down.

Trump is America’s Scut Farkus, a low-rent neighborhood bully who is outmatched, outwitted and played for the fool he is 24/7, 365 days a year.

Donald Trump is weak, but his opposition in America has long been weaker.

That should change.

Shouldn’t it?

I don’t believe that the American people will tolerate the shock waves heading their way because a belligerent and arrogant man leading an arrogant movement told them to submit to his will on the back of a mountain of lies.

I don’t believe that the United States will collapse into a Trump family concession, where corruption replaces the free market, and revenge replaces patriotism as the currency of the realm.

Donald Trump did not arrive without plenty of warning.

There is no excuse to not see him clearly now. He is perfectly revealed.

The American people face a long hot and dangerous summer.

Make no mistake — these are dangerous times, growing more dangerous by the day.

Looking away brings the danger closer, and brings it faster.

Don’t look away.

Instead, get ready to draw a line.

We must keep the wolves from our throats and those of our neighbors and children.
