How certain are we that Comey won't be found guilty? There are enough shill judges in the system now to find one who will put their thumb on the scale. For example, having a Trump Loyalty Test to get on the jury. There really is very little to hang our hats on. Even if he gets an actual law-abiding judge, prosecution could try for a venue change, or have that judge removed.
And btw I'm no fan of Comey. No matter his platitudes, and victimization he may now be enduring, neither I nor history will forgive him for his role in ushering in this era to begin with.
