The walls are closing in, and yes, there will be elections.
A few months back I predicted that Donald would be hovering around 30% approval by the end of March.
This is where the deranged 79-year-old is headed.
He is as unpopular as a president can get, and close to skimming the ground in terms of how low he can go. He is near the bottom. All that remains are the MAGA nihilists.
All across the country the American people are going to act against MAGA with ruthless glee. Trump is going to be rebuked at the polls like no president has been in the modern era. It will be a crushing blow, a historic landslide, a knockout.
Democrats will win offices from governor to dog catcher in all 50 states that would have been considered impossible victories not so long ago.
Because Trump is surrounded by bootlicking sycophants and corrupt takers he has no idea how badly is he failing, and how broadly despised he has become. Trump, who is rapidly decomposing physically and mentally, believes that all the world is the Mar-a-Lago patio.
It isn’t.
The electoral asteroid is headed straight for Mar-a-Lago. It is eight months out, and coming fast.
It is time for Democrats to start laying out legislative plans to restrain the out-of-control executive branch.
What is the oversight strategy?
What legislation will be introduced that will set the tone for ethics reform, anti-corruption legislation, and dozens of other necessary reforms?
Trump holds power, but it is about to be checked. These eight months ahead are the beginning of the end for Trump. They are the prelude to MAGA’s 2028 obliteration.
Americans do not want this obscenity.
They will crush it.
Trump’s name will be infamous for as long as the republic survives. It is the most vile and treacherous in our history. It is also the most dangerous.
What comes next must be a politics that is better.
This is the burden of the Democratic Party in our era of crisis and testing.
MAGA is headed for the ash heap of history, but the foul stench will long linger. The disgrace will linger.
Trump has unleashed a terrible storm of division, violence, racism and lawlessness in America. He has broken faith with the Constitution and our ideals. In fact, he has desecrated them.
It is time to heal America from the Trump sickness, and the cure is arriving in November.
Democrats will hold the House and Senate majorities.
Democratic governors will be ascendant.
Trump has entered his last act as MAGA emperor. He is unmasked, naked and despised.
Soon, he will be defeated.
The dancing at Mar-a-Lago is about to end.

Thank You Steve.. Yesterday I voted for Emily Gregory . I was the only person voting at that time. The poll workers were there . Anyway when I came of the building I lost my mind. The two poll workers outside were sitting there . I turned to them and I said, "This is still my country . I am a democrat we don't start wars." The man laughed. Yes I know if you go back to JFK and Johnson Viet Nam is not a shining moment for the dems. I am talking recently. I hope you are right about next November. The dems need a plan and as you say they can't back down or back up . Timothy Snyder said if the dems don't hold every single one of them to account we will have a Trump every five or ten years. So dems think about that . They need to be ruthless with these criminals. I have to say too, that after I voted I figured she won't win it's maga land. I still voted.
