Sometimes a führer must give his sycophants a schnitzel to keep them happy
Indeed.
Here is Pam Bondi:
It’s sitting on my desk right now.
Here is Megyn Kelly at the Turning Point fascist youth confab, creating a wave of cheers from the audience:
Let me just ask you, make some noise if you care about the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
Charlie Kirk then asked the crowd:
Raise your hand if it matters a lot to you. So, every hand of 7,000 people.
Here was Kash Patel not long ago, and of course his right-hand man, Dan Bongino:
The Epstein Black book is under the direct control of the director of the FBI. Trump should campaign on releasing it on Day One.
As reported by NBC News:
In a Jan. 4, 2024, podcast, Dan Bongino played a clip in which a journalist said she was “100%” convinced that Epstein was killed “because he made his whole living blackmailing people.” Bongino told his listeners that he’d heard the same claims from another reporter and that they were “super important.”
“This is where I get really upset at the media,” Bongino said later in the podcast, contending that reporters had “done almost like no — maybe because I was an investigator before, it’s like, I’m amazed at how few people are putting two and two together.”
Fox News understands the power of the Epstein promise and Trump’s betrayal. Here is Kevin Corke:
You can defuse this ticking time bomb if you simply get out there.
You can’t tell me that a thousand people were hurt and that there are no people out there that we can arrest. You can tell me that, ‘Sorry. We don’t have a list.’ Fine, don’t have a list. Tell me who the perpetrators were. Let’s depose every single person who might have had a chance to get on that list, and might have been out there at that island and let’s talk to them.
Jeffrey Epstein was a pedophile, and he called Donald Trump his “closest friend for 10 years.”
In the end, there were more than a thousand vulnerable young women who were abused and broken by powerful men, who dehumanized and sexually exploited them.
Here is Virginia Giuffre, abused by Britain’s disgraced Prince Andrew, after Ghislaine Maxwell was found guilty:
My soul yearned for justice for years and today the jury gave me just that. I will remember this day always. Having lived with the horrors of Maxwell’s abuse, my heart goes out to the many other girls and young women who suffered at her hands and whose lives she destroyed.
I hope that today is not the end but rather another step in justice being served. Maxwell did not act alone. Others must be held accountable. I have faith that they will be.
She committed suicide on April 25, 2025.
Here is how journalist
of The Red Letter remembered her friend, and the woman she got to know and respect while covering her story for 2.5 years:It's troubling that Giuffre’s death has been overtaken by the who done it rather than a conversation about how victims of sexual abuse who are brave enough to tell their stories are re-traumatized by gaslighting and the reentry of their abusers into society. Why can’t people understand that sexual abuse can lead to a lifetime of mental illness, substance abuse, or domestic abuse? So many of these women have been scarred for life. Giuffre and I talked about this frequently, and that’s why she fought to protect children. I could tell that she was still struggling the last time I spoke to her in February, but she was still hopeful.
The Jeffrey Epstein story is about the ability of power to abuse innocence in the plain light of day. Of course, none of the billionaires, celebrities, former presidents, lawyers, or anyone else ever noticed all the young girls around Epstein except for Trump:
It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.
But of course, no one saw anything, which is convenient because it means, as observed by The Nation in an excellent summary of the despicable tale, that the only criminals involved in the exploitation of a thousand girls are Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
How extraordinary.
Apparently, no one else did anything criminal.
Here is how Alan Dershowitz describes the list:
I know the names of the individuals. I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them.
But I’m bound by confidentiality from a judge and cases, and I can’t disclose what I know.
Where is the list?
Where are the files?
Donald Trump would never have been elected president but for the collapse of trust between the American people and nearly every institution — public and private — that mattered in American life from the Boy Scouts to the Catholic Church, from the news media to the Congress.
His supporters, who would become his fanatics and disciples, came to believe that MAGA was different, and that though Donald was a liar, he was more honest than his opponents, and spoke clearly to them about deeper truths that the media never understood.
It was Donald who was the truth teller about the border, crime, the economy, boys in girls’ sports, Biden’s capacities, the Iraq War, the deep state and the media.
Like all demagogues, Trump exploited the hypocrisies and failures of his opponents with ruthlessness. He masterfully wove tales of conspiracies around them until finally the conspiracy theories began to devour each other.
The basic problem for the bullshitters is that Donald, Kristi Noem, Tulsi Gabbard, Kash Patel, Pete Hegseth, Dan Bongino, and the rest of the weirdo pack assembled on the Mar-a-Lago patio, which decamped to the White House, are the deep state now, and MAGA knows someone is lying.
Who could it be?
Is it Pam Bondi, or is it Donald Trump?
MAGA wants what it wants, and sometimes a führer must give even his greatest sycophants a schnitzel to keep them happy.

If only his dumb-as-rocks supporters would show equal outrage over Trump's unlawful kidnapping and deportation of people off the streets, even citizens, without due process, and shipping them to some of the worst prisons in the world while building his own concentration camps right here at home, bizarre arrests of those in congress, threats to strip U.S. citizenship of his critics... just the tip of the iceberg of Trump's ongoing lawless, and evil ways that any sane human would be screaming to high heaven about.... not just this missing "list."
And the media is complicit. They're spending more time focusing on Epstein and MAGA crying over the list than any of Trump's daily corruption and cruelty. Shameful.
