Presidential strategy session
There is a soft and foolish dogma that runs through much of the opposition to Donald Trump that holds that by avoiding his menace, ignoring his words, and turning off the madness, has the effect of slowing, stopping or turning it off. It doesn’t.
What he says matters, and it should be seen.
Certainly his supporters see it. It is amplified without effective response as a matter of political strategy, and it is the wrong thing to do. It’s the equivalent of having shortness of breath and deciding to light a cigarette.
I would encourage you to listen to what Donald Trump had to say during his CPAC speech:
The principal organizations that exist for the purposes of responding to this are the Biden re-election campaign, the DNC, and ultimately, the office of president of the United States of America. Do you think that it demands a response — understanding that not responding or ignoring is a choice? If so, what is the response?
Should President Biden directly use the word ‘fascist’ to describe it?

Of course Biden should use the word fascist. When it walks like a duck……..
What’s even more disturbing than Trump’s words are of the overall sentiment at CPAC. They say the quiet parts out loud.
“Welcome to the end of democracy. We are here to overthrow it completely, We didn’t get all the way there on January 6, but we will endeavor to get rid of it and replace it with this, right here,” —Jack Posobiec
And they mean to replace it with an authoritarian theocracy. And while we think that Trump himself is the kleptocratic authoritarian, his movement is bigger than one man.
If Trump wins, The Federalist Society fascist theocrats will own the courts. Presidents come and go, but federal judges are like Herpes; they stay with you forever! And they will rule by judicial fiat for generations to come!
Let that sink in!….:)
Unfortunately for me, I cannot bring myself to listen to Chump speak. I have run out of adjectives for him.
