This moment in American life is an angry one. There is no institution in American life more responsible for stoking, nurturing and inflaming it than Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News.
Rupert Murdoch is the most dangerous immigrant to ever set foot on American soil. He has no peer – besides Donald Trump – when it comes to smashing the Constitutional oath he took at the moment he became an American Citizen.
Murdoch has filled his network with an assemblage of liars, propagandists, extremists and vandals and set them loose. The damage to America has been incalculable. The presence of Fox News hosts helping steer the Trump West Wing by whispering into the ear of the “Narcissist-in- Chief,” and shouting into the emails of the highest-ranking officials in the American government demonstrates that Rupert and Lachlan have as much responsibility for the attack on January 6th as does Trump. They all did it together – and the result was nearly the ending of American democracy.
This is the greatest crime in the history of the United States since secession. It nearly wrecked the greatest achievement and singularly most important invention of the United States of America: the peaceful and lawful transfer of political power.
Therefore, it was no surprise to see the outmatched Fox News Sunday host ask Secretary Buttigieg a question about an issue that burns singularly in no one’s mind. He asked about Justice Kavanaugh facing some of the American people at Morton’s Steakhouse.
