Joni Ernst has no shame
Joni Ernst is a shameful woman, who built her public reputation with claims of being a sexual assault survivor and a combat veteran.
Maybe so.
What makes her such a sick and broken person and a reprehensible US senator is that, with absolute clarity of mind and premeditation of purpose, she is prepared to make a credibly accused rapist, a drunk and a moral Chernobyl the secretary of defense.
She will vote yes because the 19-year-old army private who will be raped clearly doesn’t matter to her at all. Zero.
Neither does the life of the combat soldier, sailor, airman or marine. They mean nothing to her. They are all props in her political career.
What matters to her is Trump.
What matters to her is being a senator, and the thrill she gets from being told what to do.
It’s incredible.
She’s a United States senator with the independence of a Handmaid living with Aunt Lydia.
She can save the words and pablum about service, duty and honor.
She possesses none.
What is it precisely that she found so convincing at the hearing?

She should’ve realized at that point she isn’t doing any good for her country by selling herself short. Damn straight shame on her😡!
Once you are a service person shouldn’t you always have your fellow members back? She is going to betray them if she votes for him.
