Her hyperbolic style is not fact based. And his consistently negative responses to her query belie the conclusions she presents to Steve here. Schmidt is better than this-I hope he acquaints himself with this interview. This does not take away from Tara’s long support and advocacy of the Epstein/Maxwell victims.

Don't have much time, so didn't watch your interview with Tara, and then I saw Michael Cohen's name mentioned in the title, .... and it brought me up short, because Cohen is old news, hasn't been mentioned recently, .... so I stated listening, and it is intriguing. Cohen was trump's fixer for 10 years, so this Epstein thing goes further than I thought.
I've been turning away from the TV because I don't like purulent subjects, but if anything about Epstein case can bring trump down, .... I'm all for it. I want the girls to get REAL justice, and Maxwell, HER REAL JUSTICE, but out of my sight and hearing.
Of course this was and continues to be a personal tragedy for each of the thousand or so girls and young women who were violated, raped and abused and for the underage girls who had their innocence brutally stolen. However as our attention is glued to Epstein and Maxwell we are losing our democratic republic. There is zero chance congress will find any new revelations. After all, they would never want to ask any questions they don't want to hear the answers to. That's the advantage of bipartisan crime; too much of a chance embarrassing information about powerful men on your own team might be uncovered. Don't have much time, so didn't watch your interview with Tara, and then I saw Michael Cohen's name mentioned in the title, .... and it brought me up short, because Cohen is old news, hasn't been mentioned recently, .... so I stated listening, and it is intriguing. Cohen was trump's fixer for 10 years, so this Epstein thing goes further than I thought.
I've been turning away from the TV because I don't like purulent subjects, but if anything about Epstein case can bring trump down, .... I'm all for it. I want the girls to get REAL justice, and Maxwell, HER REAL JUSTICE, but out of my sight and hearing.

Of course this was and continues to be a personal tragedy for each of the thousand or so girls and young women who were violated, raped and abused and for the underage girls who had their innocence brutally stolen. However as our attention is glued to Epstein and Maxwell we are losing our democratic republic. There is zero chance congress will find any new revelations. After all, they would never want to ask any questions they don't want to hear the answers to. That's the advantage of bipartisan crime; too much of a chance embarrassing information about powerful men on your own team might be uncovered. So let's hope intrepid independent reporters like Tara are able to find the information we seek, but while she toils in the sewers of society, we must stay focused on saving our country from Trump's authoritarian takeover.
Mr. Urban Hermit, I have a positive solution for you. Before you decide on things you seem to know little about, engage in an activity few MAGA people and most Americans don't regularly engage in, read in depth about this history.
Once you do that, and you get a macro picture of the Epstein/Ghislaine/Trump/Russia connections, you can assuredly state that this, THIS could be what brings Trump down.
All eyes should be focused on pushing your state reps that the entire truck load of evidence be released.
But that's not enough, given what you describe correctly as the end of our democracy, we need all the hundreds of our intelligence/security employees that were fired by Trump, and those that know they may be fired soon, to do a Daniel Ellsberg.
Copy, copy, copy, and provide to either honest and willing substackers like Ruth Ben Ghiat (NYU), Timothy Snyder (Yale), experts on fascism, the NYT and WSJ, to publish all the classified documents on how Trump, is not a Russian asset, or Russian useful idiot, or some other low lying informant, but he is actually an ally to Putin. And somewhere someone has the files and videos, as Palm Beach County police were the first to investigate Epstein, and the FBI have been sitting on this material for years.
Leak that, and you'll see Trump and the Republicans brought to their knees.
Perhaps it will take cancelling our election and martial law (because that is next), that will finally move our former intelligence operatives and security services to leak whatever they know.

Well, I am 72 years old and I remember Watergate well and Epstein is a much bigger crime and coverup! Eventually, there will be a very truth teller as there was in Watergate and the dam will break! All this occupy cities bullshit shows just how big and involved the Orange Monster is because he raped and assaulted young girls and boys!!! As I posted above, I do not have a challenge believing—if true—that Michael Cohen would have been excluded from this circle. Why is that hard for you to entertain as a possibility? Indeed, I would guess HAD he been knowledgeable and brought into this circle, he may have met Epstein’s fate while he was incarcerated. Who knows? The point is, let’s please not fuel opinions and mysteries that don’t make sense. Please do that on your own time rather than nourishing these musings to the humble masses. Thank you.
Notice how Palmieri succeeded in getting people angry and suspicious of Cohen? Another nice deflection from Trump, who was never accountable to justice, who didn't go to jail, who can't apologize, and who is by definition, a sociopath.
Seems that Trump isn't the only one who finds scape goats, and Palmieri relishes in it.

It's disgusting, and there is no other explanation for the files not being released. The other angle is that Blanches interview yielded 100 names and now Trump will have the opportunity to blackmail those individuals for either more grift or more cover from fellow pedophiles, but probably both. It's a rot so fucking deep it induces a cynicism too vast to measure.
