Michael Cohen was exposed this week for the liar that he is, thanks to the intrepid reporting of Ellie Leonard and @TaraPalmeri. I talked with Dean Blundell about what transpired, and what Michael Cohen needs to do now that he's been revealed for who he is — again:
As to anything any former Trump confidant said, including Lev Parnas, I consider indisputable supporting evidence as absolutely necessary to credibility.
Whenever or wherever Michael Cohen appears, I move on. He is just as much the liar as his former client is just as much a liar. As the saying goes, "One cannot change the spots on the leopard or the stripes on the tiger."
There were updates since this video was posted as part of a longer program earlier in the week. Cohen is now claiming that the federal prosecutors were trying to bully him into spilling the beans on Trump's Epstein's connections. What should be crystal clear is that Cohen was a dirty "fixer" for Trump in the years that Epstein was still involved with Trump.
These lawyers are a piece of work, able to keep hidden in their brain cells or in their notes crimes their clients engaged in and legally shielded from subpoenas to divulge what they know. Look at what you are seeing with your two eyes when you see Cohen talking. A shrivelled up shell of a human being sorry that he got raided and targetted by the government but not really sorry for the crimes he committed as the accomplice of Trump.
Cohen is not-bright. He voluntarily attached himself to Trump like a pathetic parasite. Why would we assume he would ever speak “truth?” He is an opportunist trying to work the anti-Trump audience.

Glad this got exposed. I wasn't a Cohen fan, I really didn't like his podcast, but I would occasionally listen. But this is a lesson learned. Once a conman always a conman. Thanks Steve.
Incredulously, Cohen is still publishing articles (just yesterday) under the Meidas network on Substack as if all is normal. I hope he takes your advice, Nepal and all.
I have read one Michael Cohen post and listened to one early on his reincarnation as a trump Resister. I was not convinced that he was a good guy now. I have great antenae for bull-shitters and slick guys. I'm an older woman with real world experiences and over time have grown to trust my instincts more than I should have when I was younger. Michael Cohen is still a nothing, a zero, a mirage, a created persona to me.
Common sense would have told you Cohen knew more than what you were told. I like Midas network but never read or watched when Cohen was on the show. I never would buy his book or subscribe to a subscription to his own network. My gut feeling was correct.
Not long ago, I asked Cohen, in the comments section of an article he'd written for Meidas Touch Network, why he wasn't coming clean about all the years of Trump/Epstein dirt he'd obviously been privy to. Not surprisingly, what I got back was echoes and crickets. No one else even asked, "hey, yeah, how about all that?" His collaboration with MTN looks to be giving Cohen back a measure of shiny respectability he's never earned.
No one who is currently or ever was a confidant of Trump should be trusted....on any subject, especially one having to do with Trump.
Parnas is credible now however.
